Tipperary Dance is committed to best practice and good governance. Tipperary Dance is committed to comply with the standards set out in the Governance Transparency Scale, adapted by The Arts Council and signed the Governance Code principle statement in September 2024. Tipperary Dance is also committed to comply with the Charity Regulator’s Code of Governance.

These accounts are compliant with the requirements of the Companies Act 2014. The current salary scale for the Artistic Director is €30,000-€40,000.
Tipperary Dance is committed to comply with the Guidelines for Charitable Organisations on Fundraising from the Public. The organisation is open, honest and fully transparent in all of its fundraising activities. All monies which Tipperary Dance raises are re-invested in the company’s primary activity of organising and promoting the best of contemporary choreography, which supports artists and develops audiences of all ages.
