Maurizio Giunti was born in Florence, 1-08-1992
After a year spent in the youth company Junior Balletto di Toscana, he joined and then graduated from Codarts, Rotterdam Dance Academy. From 2012 he started working as a freelance artist first taking part in different projects and touring internationally with Nicole Beutler, Kirov Dance Company, DeDDDD to name a few.
Since 2011 he collaborates with composer and theater director Anna Mikhailova as maker and performer.
Since 2014 he is part of the Florence based Virgilio Sieni dance company, working both as a dancer and assistant choreographer, while continuing to pursue personal projects both as maker and performer.
