TDIF’23 Masterclass Programme brings together choreographers and dance artists to discover new approaches to their practice with some of the most innovative practitioners in Europe. Discover the artists’ work onstage and further expand your experience by taking their masterclass. This professional training programme is an opportunity to expand your skills, create new connections, challenge yourself and learn from the experience and unique artistic visions of world-class choreographers.

This workshop provides an insight into the working methods of CocoonDance and offers the opportunity to dive physically into the piece "Vis Motrix". Together, participants will explore the sensory dimensions of movement, including sensing, listening, and seeing, aiming to discover and understand different forms of bodily presence in motion.
Beyond the sensory exploration, the workshop emphasizes the dynamics of dance – encompassing strength, coordination, mobility, rhythm, interplay with gravity and muscle tension, as well as various movement qualities.
