Tipperary Dance hosts artists in residency in the context of our international exchange programmes, in partnership this year with Tanztendenz München e.V. (Munich, Germany), La Caldera (Barcelona, Spain) and Teatro Victoria (Tenerife, Spain).
In this residency, Fabian Riess and Tasha Hess-Neustadt are developing their new work THIS TOMORROW (working title), a dance research on persistence. It explores the emotional and political weight of the future, not through grand solutions, but through the intimate act of moving together.
The work emerges from a desire to respond authentically, in real time, to an uncertain world. Improvisation becomes both method and message: live decisions, instant compositions, unfolding transformations. Through cyclical, rhythmic, inevitable movement, we build social and relational connections.
With THIS TOMORROW we want to invite the audience into a space of aliveness and authenticity and ask what it takes to keep moving.
Shown as part of our Residency Double Bill on Saturday 04th October.
