Tipperary Arts Hub

A rich and diverse arts landscape in South Tipperary

Tipperary Arts Hub brings together Tipperary Dance, Clonmel Junction Arts Festival, Finding a Voice festival and South Tipperary Arts Centre. Tipperary Arts Hub is dedicated to cultivating an environment where the Arts can thrive for the benefit of local communities, artists, cultural producers, and visitors to the county.

As a hub, the partners recognise their immense social, cultural and economic value. Tipperary Arts Hub prioritises mutual support and the delivery of a thriving arts ecosystem in Tipperary.

The organisations that form Tipperary Arts Hub have deep connections in their communities. Their programmes support local talent, attract international talent, as well as national and international visitors.

They deliver and produce innovative arts experiences of the highest quality for audiences through public events, festivals, exhibitions and participatory activities. They work together to position Tipperary as a centre of excellence in arts and culture practice, innovation and presentation.

All partners are committed to sharing knowledge, skills, resources, and networks to their mutual benefit, developing collaborative and innovative new projects and programmes, attracting local, national and international investments, and securing new and greater sources of funding and support.

In 2021 an independent study led by arts consultant John O’Brien identified that the organisations that form Tipperary Arts Hub had an economic impact greater than €1.5 million, supporting 3 full-time and 9 part-time jobs, and numerous seasonal jobs. Its collective social and cultural impact is valued in multiples of this, and growing every year.
