Open call – Residency at The Source Arts Centre the 5-9 August 2025

Tipperary Dance, in collaboration with The Source Arts Centre, offers a week-long residency at The Source Arts Centre in Thurles, Co Tipperary, to support professional Ireland-based dance artists in the development of their work.

Please ensure that you read the conditions below and that your application meets these conditions. Applications that do not meet the required conditions will be ineligible.

The applicant must be a professional dance artist currently resident in Ireland.

Tipperary Dance offers one week residency the 5-9 August 2025. This includes 5 days access to the main stage at The Source Arts Centre, and 5 days accommodation for one or two people. This is a research and development residency. It does not include access to the technical/production resources of the venue.

Tipperary Dance cannot provide fees for the residency, please provide details on your plans and budget to support fees and expenses. Tipperary Dance will prioritise applications that guarantee fair remuneration for all participants, particularly for proposals including the hiring of collaborators.

Applications close the 05/07/2025 at 18:00 Irish time. Applications submitted past the deadline will be ineligible.
