Murielle Elizéon from Culture Mill and Alexandre Iseli are preparing the grounds for the upcoming creation of our new work, which will start the 27 January at Tanztendenz Munich, in collaboration with dancers Robyn Byrne, Anja Nicholson, Eleni Roberts and music composer Thomas Belhom, with the theme ’Together and in Disarray’.

We are examining work procedures to increase trust, dialogue and communication in ourselves and our artistic team. To create an environment where everyone feels confident and energised to speak their own voice and bring their contribution to a shared project. This is not corporate language, this is real: it is about creativity, not productivity.

We are learning to identify internal patterns that alter our creativity. We are learning to effectively work together with each person's differences, in a way that counters a culture of polarisation and extremes.
